| Monday, July 13, 2009 | 8:41 amI read the post about the TENS device at Feministe (I don’th have an account there) and wanted to thank you for it. I had an opportunity to use the device for physical therapy on my wrist many years ago and thought it was a fantastic. I’m currently pregnant and intend to raise the possibility of renting and using the device during labor at my next appointment.

I’ve been looking longingly at the OTC TENS units I see in the stores here (Germany) because when I was in physical therapy in the US, it helped with my knees so much –and so far I’ve been unable to get any orthopedists over here to look at my knee pain seriously (or do something useful about the slipped discs, but I digress). But I’m doubtful about the quality/efficacy of one that’s available OTC.
